Naselle lead slips away

OCOSTA ---- Ocosta caught fire from the 3-point line in the fourth quarter and snatched a 56-52 victory over Naselle here Tuesday in a Pacific 2B League boys basketball game.Naselle built and early lead and held it until the final quarter, when the Wildcats knocked down four 3-pointers to erase an eight-point deficit."We got a little tight, they started taking it hard to the hoop and hit some 3s," Comets coach Brian Macy said. "We're a young team and we've just gotta learn to close out games."Kyle Burkhalter led Naselle (4-8, 2-4 league) with 17 points and Austin Burkhalter added 15. Spencer Griss added seven points, six rebounds and four assists, Conor Smith and Kyle Burkhalter each grabbed seven rebounds, and Nick Hines had three assists off the bench for the Comets.Wildcats 56, Comets 52
