Comets soar by NWC

NASELLE ---- Naselle cruised past Northwest Christian 49-35 here Saturday in a Pacific 2B League girls basketball game.Ashley Ahlstrom had 13 points and 12 rebounds for the Comets (7-6, 4-3 in league), and Erin Saari added 15 points, six rebounds and three steals. Brandi Keightley chipped in 10 points, eight rebounds and five steals, and Haley Landis grabbed eight boards off the bench.
