NASELLE ---- North Beach overcame a 10-point deficit in the closing minutes with a 21-5 run to turn away Naselle 66-60 in a Pacific 2B League boys' basketball game on Friday.Naselle (4-9, 2-6 league) led 43-41 entering the final period, and was ahead 55-45 when the Hyaks began their comeback."We turned the ball over a lot and missed a lot of free throws," Naselle coach Brian Macy said. "We started playing tentative and couldn't make our shots."Naselle made 23-of-60 shots including 4-14 from outside the arc.Kyle Burkhalter led the Comets with 21 points, eight rebounds and six assists, and Austin Burkhalter added 14 points and nine rebounds.Naselle entertains Raymond on Thursday.
